It seems like the new 1080p resolution format is giving projector manufacturers a chance to shine in the home theater market like never before. It is certainly true of Epson. For with the release this week of the PowerLite Home Cinema 1080 at just $2,999, Epson takes the lead in price performance by being the first to bring 1080p resolution to market for under $3,000. And they didn't do it on the cheap either—this is a fully loaded 1080p projector with all the features you'd hope to have. Will shop with Visual Apex again.
I chose Visual Apex because they had the best deal I'd seen on the Epson Home Cinema 1080 projector. There was even a rebate with a free lamp! Everything was right there for me on the site. There were no hassles and shopping online was a breeze. But, then, they followed up...3 times...personally to make sure my purchase was what I expected from them. It has been a pleasure to know that making a somewhat big ticket purchase online is in good hands at Visual Apex. I will go back for sure!

Excellent service.
I recently purchased an Epson Home Cinema 1080 projector from Visual Apex. The price was extraordinary and the product shipped out quickly.
Initially I was concerned that the transaction did not go through, but after contacting their very pleasant customer service department, I was informed that the item was on back order and would ship in 2 business days.
After receiving the unit, I noticed that I failed to receive a receipt, which I needed for the rebate redemption. I sent an email and once again the customer service department demonstrated their attentiveness. Within hours I had everything that I needed. What a pleasant experience.
I think that customer service is what separates a superior dealer from the rest of the pack. You can purchase the same quality equipment from any dealer, but you can't purchase effective and responsive service.
That is exactly what makes for a satisfied (and repeat) customer...excellent service.

I purchased an epson 1080 High def Projector and electric screen. It was there is mere days and worked perfectly. The customer server at Visual Apex is awesome. Will definitely buy frm VA again.
I purchased an Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 1080 projector, an Elite Home100IWH2 screen, a projector mount and both the HD & Blu-ray test discs. I purchased the last two items to get my count up to 5 because that entitled me to an additional discount. I chose VisualApex because they seemed to have the best prices I could find on the internet. I was also very pleased with the way they kept me informed about the status of the order and the follow-up emails to make sure I was satisfied. I'll definitely order from then again when I'm ready for my next purchase.

I Purchased Epson Powerlite 1080p projector on 1/5/08 from Visual Apex. The product was delivered faster than I was expecting and was shipped in perfect condition. Price, including the shipping charges was best on the web after 3 days of searching. Combines with the $300 rebate plus free lamp makes the deal fantastic. The unique factor with Visual Apex is the customer care after purchase. There are 1000's of companies who will ship you a product, there are a handful who will offer quality service afterwards. I spoke with real people who knew my account and who resolved any questions I may have had without reading a standand script. Try dealing with the companies like Overstock.com and you have a very different experience. In all Visual Apex gets a 5 Star rating.

Communication was good and shipping was very fast.
The offered the best price I found for the new Epson Home Cinema 1080. And included a good Elite 92" ezFrame starter screen and projector mount, as well as an additional year of GE warranty. All this was for less than many stores wanted to charge of the projector alone. Communication was good and shipping was very fast. Everything was as advertised.

One word...Awesome! I was very happy with the service I recieved and even more happy with my purchase from Visual Apex. The Visual Apex team did a fantastic job with my order from start to finish. I even made a change to my order before shipping and the customer support representative on the phone took care of everything. I am impressed and very pleased. The equipment itself is fantastic. I love my Epson 1080p and Eltie 106" screen. I have my own home theater set up in my home now.
