The Epson Home Cinema 6500UB and Pro Cinema 7500UB are the company's latest high performance home theater projectors. Unveiled at the CEDIA show last September, they commenced shipments around the end of the year. If one needed to describe what they are all about in one sentence it would be this: They are very bright, and very high in contrast. Actually, they are among the brightest home theater projectors we've ever seen. They are not without a few flaws, but as far as image quality goes, they are very impressive indeed. Bought the Epson 6500UB after reading reviews. This site had a good bundle of items with the projector and provided prompt shipping at a fair price. Easy to find rebates on the site. Good tools to help make a good choice. Will use again for purchases.

Awesome experience!
These guys were great, after attempting to purchase a Epson 6500UB projector directly through Epson and having them cancel my order for unknown reasons then not be able to reinstate it on the phone (out of stock) I called these folks and they helped out immediately.
My sales rep (Jim Jacobson) was knowledgeable and very quick to react and stayed with me on the phone while he confirmed that they could make the order cut-off for next day delivery.
They shipped the equipment the same day I ordered it (I called at like 2:00PM on Wednesday and wanted it by Friday) and communicated with me through the entire process.
Awesome experience, I wish every vendor did as well as these guys. I'll definitely be ordering through them again.

Purchased A Epson Home Cinema 6500 Projector and a Elite Projection Screen. The projector was on back order as was noted on their website but the screen was shipped the next day. Unbelievably fast with a great price, and excellent notification of the status of my order throughout the process! Visual Apex will be the first place I check online from now on. Visual Apex is HIGHLY recommended!
My previous InFocus SP7210 finally died on me 2 weeks ago or so. I was disappointed to say the least and was in the market for a new projector for our household. I stumbled upon Visual Apex via this and some other forums and a friend suggested that I give them a call.
I was simply ecstatic when I phoned. I spoke with "Jim" who made some very informed suggestions as to what PJ would be right for my family and our setup. Unfortunately for me, I had to have the PJ the next day because I was going to undergo some surgery and had to be able to mount the projector ASAP! Jim was able to ship me the Epson 6500UB within an HOUR after we spoke on the phone. I also purchased a mount and lamp warranty. Much to my surprise, "Jim" gave me an added discount without me having to ask! Now that is simply unheard of these days!
The support did not end there. I received the PJ the next day and it was in perfect condition. The staff at Visual Apex followed up with me via telephone and email and was VERY concerned about my satisfaction!
I had some questions for them with regards to helping me with my rebates. I phoned again and got "Jocelyn" on the phone within a minute or so. She walked me through the rebate process and was very clear on just what to do. A+ support!
It has been almost 2.5 weeks since my purchase and VA has been there at every step. I received an email and phone call to make sure everything was satisfactory with my purchase. Let me tell you that in all my years of dealing with online purchases, Visual Apex has been simply one of the best companies to deal with! Their prices were outstanding and the customer service is second to none!
Without a doubt, Visual Apex has a customer for life! If ANYONE is concerned about making such an expensive purchase over the internet, look no further! Visual Apex is HIGHLY recommended!
