Order Deadlines
Orders placed Sunday through Thursday will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday and Saturday will be processed the following Monday unless otherwise noted. Our deadline for orders is 11am PST/PDT. Most items that are in-stock will ship within 24 hours.

Dream transaction!
To whoever who would like to use VisualAex as their dream seller or store...
I chose Visual Apex because they had the best deal I'd seen on the Epson Moviemate 72 projector. Everything was just priced right and with quality. There were no hassles and shopping over the phone was excellent. But, then, they followed up many different times personally to make sure my purchase was what I expected from them. Visual Apex is one of the best store I have ever purchased from. I recommend Visual Apex to anyone who is looking for a store that values customers and treat them like family.

Call Visual Apex first!
I purchased a MovieMate 72 from VA. The reason I chose VA is that a friend had purchased from them and said the customer service was wonderful. I can't agree more! I knew NOTHING about home theaters and the rep at VA spent a lot of time with me (over a 6 month period) as figured out what would work for my situation. I am MUCH better educated about home theaters and feel very confident that I purchased the right system for my family. The rep was kind, knowedgable and helpful. He listened to what I said and recommended what he felt would work best for me, NOT what was the most expensive. He was patient not pushing me to purchase before I was ready. He even helped me tell the contractors how to build our room so that everything worked together. If you want to buy electronics call Visual Apex first!

Highly recommend Visual Apex.
I looked allover online and googling stuff to find the best price for my Epson moviemate 72. I happened that Visual Apex Was the only store who could meet my need. The price as right, excellent customer service, well trained. I call them to order, everything went smooth and quick. they called me before and after my product was deleivered to follow up. I like doing business with them and I recommend them to anyone who wants a good price and looking for a company that cares about its customers. Never seen as store like Visual Apex in this world.
