Orders placed Sunday through Thursday will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday and Saturday will be processed the following Monday unless otherwise noted. Our deadline for orders is 11am PST/PDT. Most items that are in-stock will ship within 24 hours.

I'll be buying from VA in the future.
I ordered an Optoma EP758 Projector, based on a very long discussion with a very
knowledgable and genuinely helpful salesperson. Great price and a great machine. The
order and delivery was smooth, quick and easy. Much more important, though, was that
the projector died within a few hours of startup. I’d had it packed away for a couple of
months at that point, and was worried about the consequences. The replacement process
was quck, friendly, and above the call of duty, since the date was well past the 30 days.
They really worked with Optoma to make it happen. I’d recommend these folks to
anyone, any time, and I’ll be buying from them in the future.
