Fantastic customer service.
Within the past month I have ordered and received an Optoma HD70 projector. After having done my research, I have decided that this is the projector to fulfill my expectations. When I received it and set it up which really was no more than plugging it in to my computer and the electrical outlet, it was everything that I expected. The purchase was made from Visual Apex of which I had never heard but to whom Projector Central passed me off. I completed the transaction all my email but when I had a question I was also able to cantact them by phone. The two gentlemen with whom I spoke on the phone were very customer oriented and it gave you the feeling that only you mattered at that point in time. I am pleased with my purchase; I am pleased with the price and most importantly I am pleased with the fantastic customer service.

I have nothing but great things to say about my shopping experience with Visual Apex. I had been conducting a lot of research in an effort to add the best and most affordable visual High-Def element to my new home theater and spent a lot of time viewing content on both the Optoma and Visual Apex website. When I was ready to buy, I purchased the HD70 through Visual Apex and received what I would consider to be the best customer care process of any internet-based transaction I have made in the past year. If you've ever had someone "overcommunicate" something to you, you definitely come away from the experience feeling more confident and self-assured.
Spending $1,000 or more with an e-tailer might give some shoppers pause, but I can't express any misgivings, simply because Visual Apex's on-line ordering, shipping notification and thorough follow-up processes are second-to-none. In addition to receiving both a free high-quality ceiling mount and dust cover, Visual Apex did a fine job of making it easy for me to claim the manufacturer's rebate of $200.

I ordered an Optima HD70 projector from Visual Apex. They offered a competetive price plus threw in an extended bulb warranty for no extra charge. They were very prompt in respnse and shipping. I even recieved my projector before the appointed time. After I recieved the projector Visual Apex sent me a follow up e-mail to see if I recieved everything ok and to see if I had any questions about my order. All together I had a great experience and I felt like a customer not an order number. Thank you Visual Apex!

I will absolutely shop with VA again.
I bought an OPTOMA HD70 projector from Visual Apex, and really have to commend their customer service. They followed up several times via email to make sure I was happy with my purchase, that it arrived in time and in good condition, and to find out if I needed help setting it up. Their prices were extremely competitive, and with the included bulb warranty, better than anything else I could find on the net even after hours of comparison shopping. I was also impressed that their prices for accessories such as screens and cables were extremely competitive. Overall I had a great experience (good enough to prompt me to write a review-- which I don't think I've ever done before!) I will absolutely shop with them again.

Great customer service!
Great customer service! I ordered on New Year's Eve fully expecting my order not to process until the day after the New Year's holiday. After waiting for a confirmation email on Jan. 2, I sent an email to find out the status of my order on Jan. 4. I figured I would just receive an email saying my order was being processed. Instead, I received a phone call explaining that the shipment from Optoma was delayed and that they were sending my projector that day. I have never had an actual person call me after ordering something online before. This was great. My projector and screen order arrived on time and my wife and I are really enjoying our new home theater. I think we received a great deal between the rebate on the Optoma HD70 and taking advantage of VisualApex.com's free extended warranty and 2 year lamp warranty offer. We can't wait watch the Super Bowl and Daytona 500. Thanks!
