Highly recommend Visual Apex.
I recently decided to jump in the Home Theater game but before I could make my first purchase I was sent overseas. After several weeks I decided that living overseas was not going to hinder my desire for the large screen experience. After checking local dealers in the Netherlands and being quite shocked at the prices of projectors and Home Theater accessories I did a search and came up with a handful of U.S dealers willing to ship overseas. Fortunately for me I chose VISUAL APEX.
I placed a call to their sales department and spoke with Rich Demming.
He was VERY knowledgeable and helpful in making up my mind to purchase the Panasonic PT AE1000U.
I recieved the projector and accessories I ordered on time and in perfect condition.
I highly reccomend visual Apex and its staff for quality, friendly service and price.

Highly recommend VA
I purchased the new Panasonic AE1000 projector (and ceiling mount) from this company and was very happy with the price and the service. The shipping was free and the staff was very friendly. I had originally found Visual Apex through avsforum where other folks there recommended Visual Apex. At the time I was helping a buddy design a home theater system. He also had a great experience with the vendor. I highly recommend them.

Best customer service.
I bought a Panasonic PT-AE1000U projector. The price was just a bit higher than Bronx electronic stores, but they made it up by giving a break on 2 day shipping...didn't want the expensive projector shipped ground. CSR who took my order was exceptionally helpful with the ordering process and followed up with an email within 24 hours on the status of the shipment. Received the projector in excellent condition. Received another email and follow up phone call from the manager after a week checking up satisfaction.
Will definitely shop here again...one suggestion I have for them is to expand their product line...to take on Best Buy and Circuit City.
Starbucks, Southwest Airlines and Nordstrom- (3 best customer service companies) Watch out...you have competition.

VA will not disappoint.
I bought my first projector, a Panasonic PT-AE1000U, along with a motorized Optoma Greywolf II screen from Visual Apex for a couple of reasons.

I wasn't sure if I could count on the integrity of the reviews, since I wasn't familiar with Projector Central, but I'm impressed enough to come back here to let you know that you will not be disappointed.
In an age where good customer service has taken a back seat to the bottom line, Visual Apex brings it all back front and center. I called to make an adjustment to my order (added hdmi cabling), and I subsequently called back with questions about the screen and also optimal placement of my projector. I was met with warm, friendly, articulate people who were quite helpful. In addition, I received my shipment days earlier than I expected.
If you've done your research and you're now looking at a list of sellers for your much anticipated home theater projector, it's down to a matter of trust. Hopefully, I've relaxed you a bit.

I purchased a panasonic PT-AE1000U projector from this seller, there website was easy to navigate, they had the lowest price I found from a authorized web reseller + they offered some good incentives i.e. 2yr lamp warenty, and GE extended warenteed.

Like a lot of people I had to have it TOMORROW. I called in the morning, talked to an extremely polite young lady. She said it would be no problem to have my projector delivered the next day. (panasonic AE1000). I quickly received email verification including my shipping date. Sure enough there it was. A follow call/email came a bit later to assure I was satisfied. It was.
