Will definitely do business with Visual Apex again I bought a Epson 8500 UB (Vapex Screen) package from Visual Apex at good price. I shopped around for quite sometime before buying and there is no way that I could have bought the same items separately at the same price. The buying experience was perfect, no issues whatsoever. I was also pleased with the customer follow-up from Visual Apex. It proves that they are customer oriented. I will definately do business with them again.

Love my projector and screen package! I purchased the Epson 8500 projector package with a 106 inch (Vapex) screen and ceiling mount from Visual Apex. The components arrived on time, in perfect condition, and at a combined price that could not be matched by any of the other online stores I researched. Great projector and screen package! I recently purchased an Epson 8500 home cinema package with a 120" Vapex screen. Visual Apex promply shipped the package and could not have been more responsive to my questions. The projector is everything I expected and the screen assembly was just as easy to assemble as the video indicated.

Awesome projector package! We are very happy with the Epson 8100 home media projector package we ordered online from visual apex. Not only was the price fantastic, but so was the quality of their products! The screen frame is thick and black, which I think looks much better than the thin frames. The screen images on the screen are clear and full of color, even with the light on, which I did not expect. Customer service was very friendly and easy to reach. Delivery was intact and on time. I will definitely order from them again, I had a great experience and recommend them to anyone trying to buy a projector package that won't break the bank but still looks great in your media room. A+++ to Visual Apex I ordered a Optoma HD20 projector package with 120inch screen. When I first placed my order I used my debit card and wanted it shipped to my work. I received a email stating that my bank did not have my work address on file and that I needed to call to fix the order. I called Visual Apex and was greeted by a nice friendly rep who helped me straighten out my order. My order was shipped out the same day and everything came as promised(even the projector mount that was listed on there website as on backorder for another week). A couple of weeks pass by and I receive a email and a phone call from the program manager making sure everything with my order worked out and if I had any questions or concerns. I have ordered many things online before but have never seen this type of great customer service before. A+++ to Visual Apex and Alice for taking the time to follow up on my purchase.

Highly recommend VisualApex! The purchase was the Optoma Projector and Screen. As one who was "suspect" of the big screen experience, I was content to stay with our normal HD TV. However, after purchasing the Optoma Projector and Screen from Visual Apex, Inc.; I'm a believer. Customer service was 5-star at Visual Apex, talking to us and making sure we got the right equipment. Turn around was fast, installation easy and movie/TV watching---an incredible experience we will enjoy for years to come. The price? Less than what you'd pay for a larger screen HD TV. I'd recommend this equipment and company to anyone in the market for big screen.
Definitely recommend VA! Purchased the Optoma HD66 Home Theater package, and I have to say I'm very impressed. The screen is absolutely gorgeous, and was very easy to put together and hang. Great projector and screen package! Visual Apex, I'm not a techie guy. I'm the kind of guy that feels better if my light switches make a click. I talk to my video friends who want me to buy a $15000 projector and a $2000 screen. Whoa! Way too much! They suggest a Mitsubishi 3800 projector they found on the web for around $1700, but told me that I still needed a pricey screen. I went to the VisualApex site and called your customer service line. Bingo! The projector/screen package is just a tad more than the projector alone that my friends found. Now, I ask about the Vapex screen that came in the package. They tell me that they match the projectors to the screens for contrast. I go for it, and get my friends over to hook it all up. They were skeptical, having never seen a Vapex screen. The DVD starts to play, and all of our mouths just flat drop open. Perfect picture! Thank you for taking me by the hand and following up with great products! I saved a bundle! Great job! Just received the Panasonic Ae-4000 from Visual Apex along with one of their 120 inch screens. Great deal and great service. The Ae-4000 was out of stock when I originally ordered by Visual Apex was great on keeping me up to date on the next shipment. They did a great job on the customer service end. I even received my projector and screen in time for the Super Bowl! If you looking at projectors go with Ae-4000 - incredible picture and order from Visual Apex. There is a reason they have hundreds of positive reviews

Great buying experience! I purchased a Vivitek H1080FD. At the time, this projector was new to the market, so there was little info as far as reviews available to go on. I had looked at many projectors on the internet and decided on one. I had purchased a plasma TV a couple of years back from Visual Apex and had them in my favorites so I thought I would take a look there. That is where I found the Vivitek. Not the same projector I was looking at but I was able to get the H1080FD with a 106 inch screen, a universal mount, two 25 foot hdmi cables and calibration software for the same price as the other projector. Easy decision. I connected a Wii, Xbox and Blu Ray to the projector, in the basement, to keep the kids away from my flat screen. VA emailed me a couple of weeks later to check on how things were going and if I was happy with my purchase. Things are great. That got me to thinking, a few weeks after I bought my Plasma they sent me a check for $100. Why? I guess Panasonic started offering a rebate. My purchase was with in the month, so Visual Apex sent me this check. I knew nothing about it.

Great screen, great price! I bought their Optoma HD20 package deal with a 120 inch screen. Their package deals are awesome. Everything I needed to get up and running with a good package discount.
Also, Visual Apex is the only place I could find a reasonably priced fixed frame screen. The package discount made it even better and their customer service is excellent.

Pleased with purchase and experience! Recently purchased a Home Theater package from Visual Apex. I just want to post how pleased I was with the purchase. The Package included all the items required to set up the projector (with mount) and a very impressive wall screen. It even included the HDMI cables for hook up. The only thing missing was the popcorn machine. The on-line site was easy to move around and made my purchase effortless. I learned of Visual Apex via another customers word of mouth recommendation, so I figured I would pass it on.
Amazing screen! I decided to order one of Visual Apex's Home Theater Packages after researching prices and reading forums. It included an AX-200U, Ceiling mount, 92"-135" Vapex Fixed Frame Screen, 25ft. HDMI 1.3 cable, Dust cover and A/v Calibration Disc. All for the price of a 50" Plasma or LCD TV. I chose a 106" Vapex Fixed Frame Screen. The frame arrived in 6 pieces along with the hardware and screen rolled in PVC pipe. It had pretty good instructions included with it, but there was also a step by step video on the Visual Apex Website for further clarification. All in all, I was able to get the screen assembled and hung in about 30min. It has 3.5" black velvet borders that reflect almost no light. Overall, I am more than happy with my choice to go with Visual Apex. I would rate them a 5++ in any category you could come up with. Pricing is great, products are great and Customer Service is some of the best I have seen (Especially the fact that they are online)! THA

Highly recommend VA. Just to start out, I am new to the projector world. I always research my audio/video purchases to try and get the best bang for the $. Through this process, I narrowed down myself to buying a Panasonic PT-AX200U Projector. The only problem is that you can't just go to a local store and pick one of these up. So again I turned to the various A/V forums out there looking for the best place to order the AX200U.
In the end, I heard good things about a few different sites. Visual Apex seemed to have the best reputation for customer service at very competitive prices.
Since this was such a large purchase, I was a little worried about ordering from a site I was unfamiliar with, but I also trusted the forums that I was looking in.
In the end, I decided to order one of Visual Apex's Home Theater Packages.
It included an AX-200U, Ceiling mount, 92"-135" Vapex Fixed Frame Screen, 25ft. HDMI 1.3 cable, Dust cover and A/v Calibration Disc. All for the price of a 50" Plasma or LCD TV.
I put my order in late in the day and was told that I would receive an invoice from Paypal to complete the order. Since I did not read the email completely, I did not realize that this invoice would not come until the next day if I ordered too late in the day. So I called customer service the next morning and was pleasantly surprised to almost immediately get a live and friendly operator who was able to answer my questions almost immediately.
I paid the invoice and they shipped later that day and provided me with the necessary tracking numbers. The package arrived FedEx on the day FedEx said it would. Everything was packages very well and arrived without any damage or problems.
I chose a 106" Vapex Fixed Frame Screen. The frame arrived in 6 pieces along with the hardware and screen rolled in PVC pipe. It had pretty good instructions included with it, but there was also a step by step video on the Visual Apex Website for further clarification. All in all, I was able to get the screen assembled and hung in about 30min. (Most of the time was spent making sure I hung the thing level!)
It is a great screen. It has 3.5" black velvet borders that reflect almost no light. I have to really look to see where the picture spills over a little.
Overall, I am more than happy with my choice to go with Visual Apex. I would rate them a 5+++ in any category you could come up with. Pricing is great, products are great and Customer Service is some of the best I have seen (Especially the fact that they are online)!
I would highly recommend Visual Apex to anyone looking to purchase home theater equipment or accessories. Or if you just have some questions about equipment.

Very happy with his screen and projector I purchased a new Panasonic PT-AE4000 projector from Visual Apex and had a perfect experience. I bought a package deal including a 135inch diagonal screen. I noticed the price was reduced after I made my purchase and ( after talking to a very nice sales representative on the phone) Visual Apex adjusted the price with no problems. This new projector was back ordered, but they kept me informed and did not charge my credit card until the total package was shipped. After having made many internet purchases over the years, I've found customer service on the phone to be very important. Visual Apex is outstanding in this regard.
On another note, I'm very happy with the projection screen. It assembles very easily and has a very nice quality. This projector combined with their VAPEX screen and a Blu-Ray movie produces an almost 3-D like image.
This was my second purchase with Visual Apex and, once again, I am a very satisfied customer.
