Would definitely buy from VA again.
Outstanding experience with Visual Apex. This is my second home theater. Did a lot of research and bought a package deal from them including an Epson 8700UB and their 120" Vapex screen. Let me say I was a little concerned about buying the screen due to lack of reviews and limited info but boy was I pleasantly surprised! The screen was well packaged, VERY easy to assemble and the picture quality is excellent (love the 3.5" beveled border). 8700UB is AWESOME - GREAT picture, amazing black levels and no issues with iris noise. Would definitely buy from Visual Apex again. Very helpful (thanks Brian) and my equipment arrived in 5 days and complete.

I recently purchased the Panasonic PT-AE4000 projector and the Vapex 100" screen from Visual Apex and I have to say that their customer service and products are exceptional.From the moment I placed my order on line, I received an e-mail from Visual Apex with my tracking information. The very next day I received a call from Alice from Visual Apex to thank me for my order. Once the items were received (just a few days after placing my order) I got another e-mail and phone call from Alice. She wanted to ensure that I was pleased with my purchase. I must say that I am very pleased. The screen is beautiful. I had high expectations and could not wait to receive it. The screen exceeded my expectations. Our media guy said that it was among the best that he has seen and the projector is awesome.Beautiful, clear picture. I will certainly use Visual Apex again.

I will not buy from anyone one else.
Visual Apex is without a doubt a leader in price and customer service. I purchased an Epson 8500 projector package and was impressed with the advise that I got from the start. The 8500 is all of that and then some! The delivery was very quick and the online video helped me put together the screen quickly. But what impressed me most was when I had a bulb burn out prematurely on the projector. Customer service helped me get a bulb in the middle of one of the worst snow storms in the mid west this year. Simply put I will not buy from anyone one else. 5 Stars !

Overall great experience.
I purchased a package deal from virtualapex.com earlier this month. I got the 120 inch VAPEX screen along with the Epson 8350 Home Cinema projector.
Previous to purchasing here, I had done research on a projector and screen for about 3 weeks in hopes to learn as much about what I would need for my particular room setup, etc. I was referred to this site towards the end of my research as a friend of mine had just made a similar purchase the week earlier. I decided to go with this package option over anything else I had found out there as I had seen that the company had many great reviews (from what seemed like true customers) and for the price, I was willing to take the gamble.
My personal preference was to have a nice system without breaking the bank. I was a little worried about only paying what I did for this package based on what I had seen retail stores selling projectors and screens for, but once I received it and installed it, I was more than pleased with going this route because the picture quality is amazing and the screen really does look great (the 3 inch border on the screen really does stand out and make it look very professional).
For installation, I was more worried about putting the screen together by myself, but it ended up being the easiest thing out of all of it. From taking it out of the box, it took me about 1 hour to get it mounted on the wall.
Overall I had a great experience with my order and would definitely recommend anyone that is out there looking for a projector and screen for the first time (that honestly doesn't have to have the most expensive thing out there but still wants good quality) this is the route to go.
Shipping was very prompt as I had everything within a week. The only thing that I had to order in addition to this package was a longer HDMI cable as the 35 ft. one that came with the package wasn't long enough as I had to run it through the ceiling, down the wall and around the base boards so I needed a little longer. I knew this going in so I preordered it knowing that I would need it.
I've had several friends over since having it installed and a few have even said that for the price, they were amazed at how well the 1080p projector looked compared to their 40-50 inch plasma/lcd tv's.

When I was in the process of purchasing the equipment for my media room I was amazed of the number of sites offering equipment...I was extremely glad that I selected Visual Apex..They have very friendly associates working the phones and answered all of my questions..They added the reasurance that I was getting the best equipment for the money.The package they offered that included the screen is fantastic!The screen, especially made for them, is one of the best quality I've seen.It looks fanfastic and with the projector the picture is unblieveable....Any question I had about installation they answered,,,,a great help..I recommend them and will buy from them again...

Impressive screen!
We did receive our equipment in good condition and much sooner than expected. There were no issues or concerns that we had with the delivery and the system is working great. We had the equipment professionally installed and the installer said that this was the first Visual Apex screen that he had ever assembled and installed. He was very impressed with the screen and said that he has been doing this for a long time and therefore it takes a lot for him to get excited about something. In fact, he said that he will likely put a visual apex screen in his own home when he upgrades to a projector and screen. Thanks again! Steve

We wouldn't hesitate to use Visual Apex again.
We received the screen and installed it this past Saturday. It looks great. My husband loves it and I'm told it was fairly easy to install. We are very satisfied with the outcome and feel we have save money by doing the installation ourselves. Visual Apex's website was so easy to use to pick the correct style and size. They responded immediately with a confirmation of our order and we received it within two weeks. My projector, screen and accessories all arrived in excellent condition. I was very pleased with the shipping. One thing I would like to see Visual Apex offer is a motorized curtain system for a reasonable price. That was one thing I was interested in doing however almost all the websites that offer this type of system seems to be way over priced. Moreover the few websites that I had found that had a much more reasonable price I felt I couldn't trust to purchase anything from them. I felt the Visual Apex site was clear and easy to navigate. I am very happy with Visual Apex and I will probably continue to purchase from the company for my future projector and screen purchases.
