The PLV-Z60 projector is representing another step forward in price performance for 1280x720 resolution widescreen LCD technology. The brighter, 1200-lumens PLX-Z60 is equipped with three 16:9 native, 1,280 x 720 pixel (2.76 million effective pixels) HD LCD panels that produce a phenomenal picture quality and beautifully saturated colors even in well-lit rooms. PLV-Z60 delivers amazing 10000:1 contrast ratio which makes it a unique machine.
Extensive Input Connections
A full complement of input terminals, which include two digital HDMI interfaces and two sets of component video inputs, together with composite video and S-video connections, provide extensive flexibility. The user can even connect their PC to the projector via the D-sub 15 input.
12-Bit Digital Image Processing
Using the 12-Bit Digital Processing IC, the PLV-Z60 achieves a high image quality with video decoder, scaler and gamma curve generator. The result is the reproduction of deeper, richer images. And thanks to greatly improve calculating precision, the PLV-Z60 renders even tiny nuances in expressive details.
Innovative 3D Color Management
You can adjust and save the hue, gamma curve, and level of any color. Fine-tuning the image settings enables compensation for specific conditions in every viewing environment.
Savvy Installation with 2x Zoom & Lens Shift
With its 2X optical zoom, the PLV-Z60 can project images onto a 100-inch screen from a mere distance of 9.8ft to 20ft. A pair of side panel controls adjust the lens vertically and horizontally to project a geometrically accurate and undistorted picture.
Near-Silent Fan Design - Only 22dBA
The redesigned internal cooling structure minimizes fan noise, achieving super quiet performance.
Motor-Operated Sliding Shutter

Sanyo Warranty Quick Repair Program
Sanyo is committed to ensuring that its LCD Projector products perform superbly. Sanyo is also committed to customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that any Sanyo LCD projector that is covered by the original warranty fails to operate properly due to a manufacturing defect, the unit is eligible for Sanyo's Quick Repair Program (QRP).
Program Features
- First it is necessary to determine if the unit requires service or if the problem can be easily corrected without sending in the unit. Check the FAQ section on Sanyo's Web site. If the answer to your problem is not indicated there, you may call Visual Apex or call Sanyo toll free at 888.337.1215 for additional assistance.
- Once it has been determined by Sanyo technical offices that the projector needs service, you will be faxed or e-mailed a QRP authorization number and instructions where and how to send the unit.
- Sanyo will provide you with a Federal Express number so that you can overnight the malfunctioning unit - Sanyo pays the freight!
- After the unit is received at Sanyo, they will repair it and return it to you in 24-72 hours (typically). Most of the projectors received are repaired and sent back within 48 hours. However, Sanyo can not guarantee this turn around.
When calling Sanyo for technical assistance, please have the following information ready and available: Contact Name, Contact Phone Number, Contact Email Address, Contact Fax Number (if available), Projector Model Number, Serial Number, Date of Purchase and Detail Description of the Problem.

Great purchasing experience.
I first start out by saying that Visual Apex made it a great experience for purchasing my home theater projector. I purchased the PLV-Z60 Sanyo Projector. Which is an amazing product and does everything that I could possibly need. Visual Apex had great phone edicate and treated me like a friend instead of just trying to get to purchase something. Blown away by VA's service.
A few weeks ago I made the decision to purchase the Sanyo PLV-Z60 home projector from Visual Apex. I had tight budget, so my objective was to find the absolute cheapest price. I considered other places to buy from places like Brooklyn, but these places were not considered to be authorized resellers of the Sanyo products. As a friend of a home theater buff, I've learned that Sanyo is a leader in home projectors, for all budgets. In other words, even if you find a $50 Sanyo TV at Wal-Mart, doesn't mean that Sanyo is at the bottom. Far from it. In saying that, I found it very important to buy from an authorized Sanyo reseller.
After purchasing this projector from Visual Apex, I got way more than expected. I received personal emails thanking me for my purchase, making sure I understood how it worked and of course if it worked the way I wanted. I was blown away to say the least! I received a very warm, follow up call from Alice thanking me over the phone. Boy, that's great customer service, and all for a fantastic price. Will I buy from them again? Absolutely. No question.

Will definitely buy from VA again.
I bought a Sanyo z-60 projector. from Visual Apex about 2 weeks ago. I had read about the customer service but i wanted to find out for myself so I called to place my order instead of doing it online. The representative was very nice and got the order just right. I was called when the product shipped, when it was delivered, and a week after to see if i got it hooked up alright. That is service you just cant get from bigger companies. I appreciate everything and I will be going back to them when I need a replacement in a few years.

Overall very satisfied.
Visual Apex offered the lowest price available (plus free shipping and no sales tax!) on my Sanyo PLV-Z60 HD Projector.

Would definitely buy from VA again!
I recently purchased a Sanyo PLV60 from Visual Apex. So far I have been very happy with both the projector and Visual Apex. The projector arrived when promised and in perfect condition. Even the $100 rebate from Sanyo came in a couple of weeks. They not only are interested in selling you quality merchandise but also in your satifaction as shown in their follow-up. My son also got a projector from Visual Apex a few years ago and was happy with his purchase and treatment. I definitely would use Visual Apex again and recommend them to others.

VA is a very respectable company.
Well, I will start out by saying that Visual Apex was a great buying experience. They answered all my questions I had over the phone and they have replied and updated me with emails. Very respectable company. I purchased the PLV-Z60 Sanyo Projector from them. I liked their prices and the way they handled their phone edicate. I also liked their videos online of the products and how they were truly interested in what Me(the consumer) was interested in. Very quick with response on the shipping and receipts. Truly a great company will purchase from again in the future.
