I purchased the Panasonic PT-AE7000U Projector from Visual Apex and i was very pleased with their price of the product and loved the fact they have the chat options so i was able to ask them questions with out calling and waiting. They were really helpful and were able to customize my order with exactly what i wanted with the price no one else was offering. I like to deal with small companies some times cause they take care of the customers and Visual Apex is also offering free support for the product i purchased and i was impressed with that. i will definitively shop with them again in future and would recommend them for there great prices and service.

On 20 October 2011 I ordered an Epson Powerlite 1260 projector from Visual Apex. The purchase proceeded smoothly from start to finish. For starters, the actual price was the same as given on an internet site that listed prices from about 16 vendors for the same projector. (The price given for one vendor on the 16-vendor site was lower than the actual price on the vendor's site.) Visual Apex had the projector in stock whereas another vendor had previously taken my order, but did not inform me for more than a week that it did not have and could not obtain a unit within a reasonable time. My projector arrived in about five business days and worked perfectly right out of the box. It would be great if all purchases of electronics from internet vendors were so problem free.

I purchased a portable LCD projector and some accessories. All was delivered in perfect condition. One item was delayed, just an extra lamp, and they responded immediately to my e-mail inquiry.... and followed up with a phone call to make sure I was taken care of!
I was all set to build my own screen using counter-top laminate when I saw the info on Visual Apex. I was skeptical because the price was so affordable, and while I don't always trust on-line reviews, they were all favorable and appeared to be genuine, so I ordered the 120" fixed screen and couldn't be happier. As they tout in their video, it was very easy to assemble. My wife and I had it together and installed on the wall or our HT room in about one hour, and we really took our time, referring to their installation video several times. The quality and appearance are exceptional, and it looks outstanding with our Epson Powerlite 8700UB. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering a fixed screen for their HT room.

Epson 8700UB - Visual Apex provided great service and great price. They also provide video instruction for Screen installation that made putting the Projector and Screen together a snap. I highly recommend making your next purchase from Visual Apex.
