I purchased an Epson MovieMate 60 refurbished from Visual Apex. The order was sent right away and was packed well. With projectors and any other sensitive A/V I worry that something will wiggle loose during transit. No issues there! I am very satisfied with the projector and have had 3 successful backyard movie nights so far! I would use Visual Apex again!

I ordered an Epson Movie mate projector. The equipment was very well packed and in perfect condition! Shipping was quick and efficient. I had to sign for the package and arranged to pick it up at FedEx. Everything went very smoothly.
The equipment I purchased was easy right out of the box. Hooray!
Visual Apex did a great job. I will definitely return to learn more about other items Visual Apex offers. The Visual Apex website was easy to maneuver and very organized. I had no problems whatsoever. If I had known how splendid Visual Apex was I would have used Visual Apex for other electronics purchases made elsewhere!

Outstanding experience with Visual Apex. This is my second home theater. Did a lot of research and bought a package deal from them including an Epson 8700UB and their 120" Vapex screen. Let me say I was a little concerned about buying the screen due to lack of reviews and limited info but boy was I pleasantly surprised! The screen was well packaged, VERY easy to assemble and the picture quality is excellent (love the 3.5" beveled border). 8700UB is AWESOME - GREAT picture, amazing black levels and no issues with iris noise. Would definitely buy from Visual Apex again. Very helpful (thanks Brian) and my equipment arrived in 5 days and complete.

I bought a new Panasonic PT-AE4000 Projector to replace the prior model, and was pleasantly surprised to see the lowest price was not from some mega-online retailer. I got the unit in just a couple days, and it worked perfectly. Over the next week, I got two emails AND a phone call from Visual Apex to make sure everything arrived OK, and to see if I needed any help or had any questions. The lowest price AND Customer Service. Amazing.

The Epson vs400 is the best projector ever had, it's resolution is very good and I was surprised the first time I turned it on I cannot say anything else you need to get one to feel the experience.

I purchased an Epson Home Cinema 8350 from Visual Apex. The unit arrived in good condition. No damage to the box or unit. It was my first time buying a projector via the web. I have to say I would have no problem buying online again so far.
The unit powered up fine. It looks incredible compared to the 9 yr old Infocus which it replaced. The website was very easy to use. I browsed the accessories and they seemed to have everything one would need, I just didn't need anything else, I was simply replacing my projector. I chose Visual Apex because of the high ratings users provided at the Projector Central website. I frequent their site to read projector reviews. I would recommend th VA site to others and gladly use you them again for my next purchase. They followed up my purchase with several emails to insure that I was satified and to let me know what to do for service if I needed it.
