I recently purchased an Epson PL1760W 3LCD Projector from Visualapex.com. their price was the best I found after several days of searching both online and at local stores. but what really surprised me was their follow up after purchase. a few days after delivery my salesperson called to see if I was satisfied with my purchase, if it had arrived on time. I had a concern about the amount of heat the unit was throwing out, my sales person said she’d be happy to swap it out if I liked. when I said no, I’d give it time, she had the company technician call me within 20 minutes to discuss any concerns I had.
this is a great company to deal with. Great customer service and commitment. I will buy from them again.

About three weeks ago I purchased an Epson PowerLite 5010 Home Cinema Projector from Visual Apex. The company was offering a particularly good deal and while I usually prefer the comfort of an Amazon.com purchase I decided to give Visual Apex a try. Their service was amazing! My projector arrived in just a few days in perfect condition and works beautifully. Visual Apex kept me informed of every step in the process from order confirmation to shipment tracking. They even followed up with a very nice email to be sure that everything was working to my satisfaction.

Great experience. The website was extremely easy to navigate. The order was promptly shipped and arrived on time. One of the easiest online experiences I've had. Very professional and don't treat you like a number. They emailed and CALLED to follow up and make sure everything was as ordered and as expected. You DON"T get this from the "big" dealers. Would highly recommend.

I purchased a AE7000 panasonic projector & a 126" screen from Visual Apex a 3D yamaha reciever. I was a little scared ordering over the intranet since I heard good & bad things about it,but I shopped all around Denver Colorado & no one could beat the prices visual apex quoted over the intranet. They were very kind & my wife said they were very patience with me since I called every day for a couple of weeks. The projector-screen -reciever arrived in 4 to 5 day;s like they said it would & I'm very pleased with the quality of the picture & the electric screen is great. I had a few problems understanding the set up & visual apex has a web site that made it real easy to understand.I recommend Visual Apex highly to anyone, there products are great & affordable & they have exellent customer support.
