I found Visual Apex via a Google Shopping search and decided to give them a shot because of the great price on a projector that I wanted. I ordered online, received my product quickly with free two day shipping, and they also added cables, a cover and a calibration DVD at no cost. They also provided prompt information on my order and tracking, as well as followed up after the sale. Needless to say, I am extremely pleased with their customer service and would use them again for sure.

I would highly recommend Visual Apex to anyone in the market for Home Theater equipment. The reason for this was the exceptional customer service. I am a novice in this space and had a lot of questions about the type of projector and screen I needed. Fortunately, Alice Anderson answered my call. Not only was she very knowledgeable about the various products, she was also friendly and fun to work with.
I ended up ordering one of their packaged options that included a projector, screen, mount, remote, IR extender, and a few other things. All arrived in good shape as expected. Assembly of the screen was a breeze and the Epson 5010 projector is much better than my previous Optima HD20. The bundled pricing was a great deal as well.
I am picky when it comes to dealing with vendors/retailers and rarely give reviews. However, I am glad to report that dealing with Visual Apex was a very pleasant experience. They will certainly be the company I call the next time I need Home Theater equipment.

I brought Epson Projector 5020UB and a 92" apex screen and the entire package was a very reasonable cost. They work outstanding. I have them a theater room that measures 16' x 21'. This is a very good setup for this the projector and screen have fantastic color and clarity. Highly recommend this package. I also looked all over for this and Visual Apex had buy far the best price. Visual apex Has been very good on costumer service also. Emailed to make sure everything had made like they said. and it did.

Best Online Purchase experience EVER!!! I bought an expensive projector and was worried that it was online. It was such a great price, I decided to take a chance. Everything arrived on time and as expected. Very well packed. I received a follow up call to ask how my experience was and told the customer service person that I couldn't find my rebate form. She emailed it to me that minute. A couple days later when I was filling out rebate form, I noticed they added a free mount to the projector purchase. When I emailed them asking if I was eligible for it, the immediately sent one out. I would highly recommend this company since it seems they put the customer even before their own profit!

Visual Apex will be the first and only place I buy
We purchased a Christie LX605 and a short throw optional lens from Visual Apex. I worked exclusively with Jim Jacobson who was very attentive to my questions and concerns. He actually read the emails and unlike polititions answered the questions rather responding with a sells pitch. The projector worked great and the display is bright and extremely criap. The only thing that had me worried was the manual said the remote had an effective range of six feet which would be totally unacceptable. In reality it works well at 55 feet and probably further. If the need arises to purchase another projector Visual Apex will be the first and only place I contact.

I recently bought an Epson HD/3D projector through Visual Apex. Going into the purchase, I knew which model number I wanted, so I was primarily researching reputable vendors, pricing and lead time. The process with VA was flawless. Received my projector within 2 days, which is a great perk to ordering through them. Was very impressed with the customer service on both the front and back end. I would recommend them to anyone and use them again for future purchases.

Visual Apex has always offered competitive prices for projectors. I have visited their website many times over the past several years as I've contemplated upgrading my old projector. I was glad to find a really great deal on a refurbished Epson 8700UB projector. To make sure I was thoroughly comfortable with purchasing a refurbished unit, I called and spoke to one of their sales team and was very pleased with how friendly and helpful he was. While he couldn't guarantee that my unit would look brand new, he did tell me that those he had seen in fact did. He told me that the unit would be covered by a full manufacturer's warranty, and that I would not be making a mistake if I purchased it. I completed my purchase online a short time later, and was very happy that I could use my Amazon account to complete the transaction (one of their financial services similar to PayPal). The projector was sent via second day delivery by FedEx, and I was pleased that they made sure that I signed for it. It was packaged very carefully and did indeed look brand new. I received a follow up email from them to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I'm very happy with the projector and have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Visual Apex. They impress me as a highly professional company committed to providing value and customer service. They are very easy to work with and have exceeded my expectations, something that can't be said for some of their competitors I contacted during my search.
