Tracking Instructions
Your DHL shipment is going via a freight carrier and limited tracking is available. To track your order online go to www.visualapex.com/tracking. Standard shipping takes 5-7 days. You will be contacted as soon as it arrives into your local area to set up a delivery appointment (typically a 4 hour window). If you have not heard from DHL 6 days after you receive your invoice, please contact them at 800.426.5962 or our customer service division at customerservice@visualapex.com to check on the status of you shipment.
Please reference your tracking # when you call Danzas/DHL. This begins with "SEA" and is followed by 5 digits (actual number is in the "Tracking Numbers" or "DHL/Danzas" field on your invoice). Click here to see an invoice sample to show you where tracking numbers are found.
***As a last resort, you can use online tracking through the Danzas/DHL website. The tracking info is very limited and the best choice is the call Danzas/DHL at 800.426.5962***.
Order Deadlines
Orders placed Sunday through Thursday will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday and Saturday will be processed the following Monday unless otherwise noted. Our deadline for orders is 11am PST/PDT. Most items that are in-stock will ship within 24 hours.
Please note that some items drop-ship from our partners and may require additional processing time.
International Orders
We DO NOT ship outside of the United States. If you live outside the US, you can order a plasma or projector by wire transfer and have it shipped to a US address for pick up.
MAIL-IN REBATES and WARRANTIES ARE VALID IN THE US ONLY.

Receiving Instructions
Here are some tips on how to receive your shipment from Danzas:

Inspect the outside of the box for dents or dings to the box. Make a note of the dents and dings on the Danzas air bill.

Ask the driver if you can inspect the display before you sign for it. Some drivers will allow you to open the boxes and inspect the display before you sign for it but most times, they are on a schedule and don't have the time.

If you do not get to inspect the display, make a note on the air bill that there is "possible concealed damage" and then sign for it.

If there is obvious damage to the display (hole through the box etc.), refuse the shipment and call us immediately at 800 883-7495.
- Please note any shipping damage on the Bill of Lading. Customers must report damage to Visual Apex within 24 hours of delivery.

For the most demanding commercial applications, the 320MP-2 gives you full connectivity. For easy content control, you can add an optional networking set back box (SBB-NT). For applications where full connectivity isn’t required, the 320MXn-2 offers the most popular connections and full networking capability. Plus MagicInfo-Pro i software supports both downloading and streaming of files over a LAN/WAN. You can also add a digital TV tuner to either display with the optional DTV set back box (SBB-DT).
Connectivity Options
Designed for the most demanding commercial applications, the Samsung 320MP-2 gives you VGA, DVI, CVBS, HDMI, BNC and component connections. For applications where full connectivity isn’t required, the Samsung 320MXn-2 offers VGA, DVI, CVBS and HDMI.
Content Control Over LAN/WAN
The Samsung 320MXn-2 LCD display features network capability and MagicInfo-Pro i software, for both downloading and streaming of files over a LAN/WAN. You can add that same capability to the Samsung 320MP-2 LCD display with an optional set back box (SBB-NT).
Optional TV Tuner
You can add a digital TV tuner with a Samsung set back box (SBB-DT).
High Contrast Ratio and Response Time
4,000:1 static contrast ratio, 40,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio and 8 ms response time combine to give you crisp, sharp, motion video full of detail.
Integrated Speakers
Two 5W built-in speakers mean no external speakers are required.
