Receiving Instructions Here are some tips on how to receive your shipment from Danzas: Inspect the outside of the box for dents or dings to the box. Make a note of the dents and dings on the Danzas air bill. Ask the driver if you can inspect the display before you sign for it. Some drivers will allow you to open the boxes and inspect the display before you sign for it but most times, they are on a schedule and don't have the time. If you do not get to inspect the display, make a note on the air bill that there is "possible concealed damage" and then sign for it. If there is obvious damage to the display (hole through the box etc.), refuse the shipment and call us immediately at 800 883-7495. Please note any shipping damage on the Bill of Lading. Customers must report damage to Visual Apex within 24 hours of delivery. *Be sure to look inside the Panasonic plasma box for your complimentary RCA/BNC adapters*

The front protective glass of the plasma display panel incorporates a Deep Black Filter that suppresses light transmittance and slashes the amount of external light reflected. This technology helps these displays achieve the industry's highest contrast ratio of 340:1 when viewed in bright surroundings.

By reducing the pre-discharge emission when reproducing black, the New Real Black Drive System provides deeper, richer blacks and a stunning 3000:1 contrast. The result is dramatically enhanced image clarity and realism.

Panasonic plasma display series uses ultra-precise, maximum 14-bit signal processing to produce vividly rich details. The Advanced Real Gamma System then takes it another step further with full-time, full-pixel 1,536-step gradation and 2,048-step dark-area gradation. (The equivalent of 4,096 steps of gradation can be displayed with DVI or HDMI connection.) This level of gradation brings intricate details and more faithful color reproduction to all scenes, dark and bright.

Panasonic plasma display panels feature a bounded cell structure in which wall-like ribs are used to wrap each individual cell. By increasing the area in which the phosphor can be applied, this dramatically improves both light-emitting efficiency and intensity. Furthermore, by optimizing the gas composition ratio, lighting efficiency has been increased by about 15%. The result is the industry’s highest level of brightness. You Won't Find a Better Company I bought a Panasonic 42PWD8UK plasma from these guys and I have to say I was more than a little apprehensive about buying one online. I spent days researching every online shopping site and read all the horror stories about scams and pushy sales people trying to upsell all the overpriced accessories. I placed the order for the 42" plasma with a flatmount and HDMI board at 11:30 at night, tossed and turned all night wondering if I had made a huge mistake ordering something so expensive online. I did not receive a confirmation email by the next afternoon so I sent an email to customer service about 1:00 wondering if they had recieved the order(thinking the whole time here we go! Let the games begin! To my amazement Visual Apex replyed within the hour with a confirmation email about my order and less than an hour later they sent the invoice and the trucking info. the order had allready been shipped! All that worrying for nothing. If your still reading this let me say you wont find a better company to buy a plasma tv from. Highly Recommended I was planning to buy Panasonic - TH-42PWD8UK plasma TV and did a lot of research and read many customer reviews before deciding on Visualapex.com and man am i happy with there service. I will highly recommend them to all future buyers. I might have to pay some extra dollars as compared to some other internet stores but its worth it. Helpful Reviews After reading all the bad reviews from other vendors, I decided it was worth it to spend another $65 to make sure I get my Panasonic TH-42PWD8UK on time with good service. VA's service was impressive! VA's service was impressive! I have purchased a number of electronics on line, including a 7 series Panasonic plasma last summer for our home in Ohio. In short, I have had ample experiences to compare and contrast VA's service. What initially caught my attention about VA (other than its competitive pricing), was their mode of delivery with DHL and their policy not to charge credit cards on orders until shipped. Both the plasma I received this past summer and a 32" LCD I ordered earlier arrived by large freight trucks. It was a hassle getting them into the confined area where we live. Moreover, I had to plead with the driver delivering the 42" Panasonic plasma to help me get the box upstairs to our 2nd story family room. By contrast, the young man who delivered the Panasonic series 8 plasma from VA volunteered not only to help me bring the box inside, but also to unbox the plasma and place it in our wall unit!! When I ordered my 7 series Panasonic in 2005, the New York based company I did business with indicated the product was in stock on their website and would be shipped in a few days. After several calls to representatives who were somewhat vague about the shipment date,it became obvious that was not the case and the product was on back order. Six weeks later the product arrived. Of course they charged my card at the time the order was placed. By contrast, VP gave a realistic expectation of shipment time frames. Moreover, in the two or three follow-up calls I made to VP, the lady and young man I spoke with were most informative and pleasant and there was no pressure to purchase additional items or insurance. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a high end plasma and accessories. While VP has a relatively small product line to select from, their customer service leaves nothing to be desired. ...by:blackace,
