Tracking Instructions
Your DHL shipment is going via a freight carrier and limited tracking is available. To track your order online go to www.visualapex.com/tracking. Standard shipping takes 5-7 days. You will be contacted as soon as it arrives into your local area to set up a delivery appointment (typically a 4 hour window). If you have not heard from DHL 6 days after you receive your invoice, please contact them at 800.426.5962 or our customer service division at customerservice@visualapex.com to check on the status of you shipment.
Please reference your tracking # when you call Danzas/DHL. This begins with "SEA" and is followed by 5 digits (actual number is in the "Tracking Numbers" or "DHL/Danzas" field on your invoice). Click here to see an invoice sample to show you where tracking numbers are found.
***As a last resort, you can use online tracking through the Danzas/DHL website. The tracking info is very limited and the best choice is the call Danzas/DHL at 800.426.5962***.
Order Deadlines
Orders placed Sunday through Thursday will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday and Saturday will be processed the following Monday unless otherwise noted. Our deadline for orders is 11am PST/PDT. Most items that are in-stock will ship within 24 hours.

International Orders
We DO NOT ship outside of the United States. If you live outside the US, you can order a plasma or projector by wire transfer and have it shipped to a US address for pick up.

Receiving Instructions
Here are some tips on how to receive your shipment from Danzas:

Inspect the outside of the box for dents or dings to the box. Make a note of the dents and dings on the Danzas air bill.

Ask the driver if you can inspect the display before you sign for it. Some drivers will allow you to open the boxes and inspect the display before you sign for it but most times, they are on a schedule and don't have the time.

If you do not get to inspect the display, make a note on the air bill that there is "possible concealed damage" and then sign for it.

If there is obvious damage to the display (hole through the box etc.), refuse the shipment and call us immediately at 800 883-7495.
- Please note any shipping damage on the Bill of Lading. Customers must report damage to Visual Apex within 24 hours of delivery.

Panasonic TH-85PF12U 85" 1080p Full HD plasma display
The TH-85PF12U 85" plasma will be the first of Panasonic's professional displays to incorporate their proprietary NeoPDP technology
enabling the display to be larger, thinner, lighter, and more energy efficient. Approximately the size
of four 42-inch displays, the TH-85PF12UK is only 3.9" (99mm) thick and weighs approximately 286
lbs (130 kg). Power requirement for this unit is 120V AC.
Panasonic professional plasmas are known for their world class image quality and the TH-85PF12U is
no exception. The unit has an improved contrast ratio of 40,000:1 (2,000,000:1 dynamic) and
the ability to display the equivalent of 6,144 steps of gradation, providing deep black levels and
accurate colors that will give the image a higher level of depth.
The versatile TH-85PF12UK 85" plasma is able to support a wide range of applications. Large enough to display a life
size image of a person, the unit also incorporates Panasonic's multi-function slot architecture to support
just about any video input signal that may be required. The TH-85PF12U comes standard with
the TYFB10HMD Dual 1080p HDMI card, the TY42TM6A component card as well as a fixed PC
input. Also, this plasma is equipped with anti-glare glass as standard.

Panasonic's TH-85PF12U 85-inch Plasma Display Qualifies for Its Own Zip Code
Panasonic Professional Display Company came to CEDIA Expo in Atlanta this year primarily to show off a single new product, but it was a big one: 85 inches diagonal, to be precise. The TH-85PF12U 85-inch Plasma monitor may lack a built-in tuner or fancy IPTV features, but what it lacks in features it more than makes up for in picture quality and, well, enormous size!
It isn't the largest plasma panel Panasonic has ever produced - that honor would go to the 150-inch behemoth shown at CES in 2008. It's not even the largest model currently in production - that would be the 103-inch TH-103PF10UK, but the new 85-inch model seems more refined than its bigger brethren, with its narrow black bezel and 99 mm (3.9 inch) panel depth. And as for its picture? In a word: breathtaking. In fact, I think the TH-85PF12U merits its own new word in the English language: "enorgeous" (enormous + gorgeous). [Read entire review]
