As a pastor I have been shopping for a Epson video projector for my church for some time checking out prices at local electronic as well business supply stores. I have also spent hours searching on line for the best deal. Then while seaching google I happened across Visualapex located in the state of Washington and immediately found their price on the Epson PowerLite 1710c to be $300.00 less than any other local store or on line business and with the cost of shipping included. It was,as they say,a "No Brainer." My projector was shipped out expediently and arrived safe and well packaged. I would not hesitate to recommend visualapex company to my friends in ministry and to anyone else searching for the best value coupled with friendly and courteous service. Sanyo PLV-Z2000 |
I just purchased a PLZ2000 Home Theatre Projector. Just wanted to say I am "very" pleased with Visual Apex's sales and customer service. Great product and Great people!!!!
Word of mouth still remains one of the best ways to advertise, as my uncle had purchased from Visual Apex in the past and highly recommeded them to me. Sure am glad he did!!!!!!!!!!!

Great company with good service. Shipping was very fast. I ordered late Friday afternoon, and received my projector in Mpls on the following Wednesday with just regular shipping. Best price in town--a competitor who price matches, wasn't able to price match my projector. They also follow-up with you on the projector to make sure everything is working right and to see if you have any questions, no sales pressure.

Optoma HD70 |
Within the past month I have ordered and received an Optoma HD70 projector. After having done my research, I have decided that this is the projector to fulfill my expectations. When I received it and set it up which really was no more than plugging it in to my computer and the electrical outlet, it was everything that I expected. The purchase was made from Visual Apex of which I had never heard but to whom Projector Central passed me off. I completed the transaction all my email but when I had a question I was also able to cantact them by phone. The two gentlemen with whom I spoke on the phone were very customer oriented and it gave you the feeling that only you mattered at that point in time. I am pleased with my purchase; I am pleased with the price and most importantly I am pleased with the fantastic customer service.

I was very satisfied with my purchase from this vendor. It was processed and delivered quickly. Then I got a personal follow up phone call to make sure that everything had arrived and was in order. I would definately buy from them in the future.

Visual Apex provided great pricing and delivery for my Panasonic PT-AE2000U projector. Questions were promptly answered by knowledgeable staff. Delivery was as promised in fine condition when expected. I'd highly recommend VA and would definitely purchase from them again in the future.
