The fact that you followed up and telephoned me last week just to make
certain that I was completely satisfied really is "icing on the cake."
Few companies nowadays seem to care about their customers after the
sale; your company, a notable exception to that unfortunate situation,
is one of which you can be proud.

Case Study:
For the purpose of adjusting the colors (and the lens settings) and
placing the results into memory, I have been watching some "difficult"
movies the past few nights: 2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY (1968) is difficult
because of the black levels in the scenes on the moon and in space. This
projector produced an image second only to that which I saw at the Boyd
Theater in Philadelphia (the local Cinerama theater at the time) in
1968. I have NEVER seen a video image look this good. I do admit to
"tweaking" the color and the lens setting quite a bit; I love to play
with settings and, with this projector, if I were to "mess up"
something, I need only hit the Default button and everything is returned
to factory settings - so there is no fear in trying different settings
or adjustments.
Another "difficult" film is HOW THE WEST WAS WON (1962) which has
extremely rich color and an extremely wide image. Again, what I saw is
second only to film projected in a good theater.
I made a Monochrome memory ("tweaked" again) setting and I use that for
such films as THE MALTESE FALCON (1941) which we watched last night.
This film has luminous cinematography with a great contrast range. The
image from the Panasonic is just stunning. |

As you can imagine, I was concerned about buying such a costly product
from a company about which I knew nothing.
However, having done a bit of research using Google, and having
telephoned your company and speaking with Cheryl and Brian, two
obviously knowledgeable and professional representatives, I placed my
order with you.
And I'm glad I did!
The packages (I also ordered a replacement bulb "just in case") arrived
on December 14, 2009, exactly one week after I had placed the order. (I
live on the east coast.) Everything was packaged extremely well and the
items all arrived in perfect order. (I have not yet tried the
replacement bulb, but I shall be doing so sometime this week.)

You can be certain that, in any future projector or projector
accessories, I shall be dealing with Visual Apex exclusively.
I might add that the projector itself is an amazing piece of equipment.
I have been using it every day since I received it and I have even read
both instruction manuals three times cover to cover. Believe it or not,
it is really not necessary to do that - the projector is so
well-designed that it is almost completely intuitive in operation.
(Nonetheless, I ALWAYS read instructions!)
And what an image it produces!
It's just amazing. Tomorrow (Monday, January 4, 2010) we are having
company and these people will be the first people (other than my wife
and myself) to see this projector in action in our theater. We are
really looking forward to this.

appear but the pictures were not satisfactory.)
