We received the projector and screen…and quickly installed both without a hitch. Set-up menu was logical and quick to follow. We've nailed the framing inside the Vapex 92" screen exactly. Soon, I'll have a Blu-Ray 3D player to replace my existing 2D model, and we'll get a first look at 3d in what promises to be the clearest image possible at this level of projector cost.
Here's the theater. Light is fully controlled so we get the full brightness of the projection. The room is dark--and lit by recessed, dim-able LED lamps. The black Panasonic projector (very quiet) is virtually unnoticed against the black ceiling.
The component cabinet doubles as a lectern. The projector will be used regularly with an iMAC or Macbook Air at 1920 X 1050. I'm fully satisfied with the clarity of the projection for the purposes of presentations.
We may place the back row of seats on risers--not yet decided on that.
I will confidently recommend Visual Apex to anyone who is considering a home theater.
