I bought an Epson 8350 from Visual Apex and I am very happy with the projector. Delivery was prompt and it arrived in excellent condition. Everything works perfectly so I have had no need for customer service although I appreciated Visual Apex followed up with an e-mail and a phone call after my purchase to see if I was happy with the projector. Very competitive price too.

I purchased an Epson 5010 projector and accessories from Visual Apex in December 2011. The equipment arrived in excellent condition as per the special shipping instructions arranged with Mari Michael. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The online information, including manuals, VA videos, and reviews, were very helpful in getting me up to speed. Installation went without a hitch (replaced an existing DLP projector) and I am thoroughly enjoying the system. Visual Apex proved to be the right vendor to meet all my home theater projector needs. Their website was easy to navigate and products easy to find. The order and payment process, including the option to use my Amazon payment method, was great. In this day and age, price of a product is usually the most important consideration when making a large purchase. Well, I lucked out when I found the Epson 8700ub and Visual Apex. Because not only did I get an exceptional projector for extraordinary price (lowest price I could find online), but I discovered an online merchant that actually cares about the customer! I purchased Epson 3D Powerlite Home Cinema 5010 for our home theatre room. I needed to get the equipement quickly as I wanted it in place for Holiday company and, of course, I waited until the last minute to purchase. Visual Apex was extremely helpful. I received my ordern confirmation and projected delivery dates and called them to make sure the items would deliver when they projected. They were extremely responsive. In the case of 3D glasses I ordered, they were on back order and they assured me that they would be available by the time I needed them. They called me back on the day they came into their warehouse to let me know that had been received as expected and would be shipped out to me that night. I could not have been more pleased with this level of customer service. After the holidays, I got another call from them to see if I had had any problem installing or using the equipment.
