Visual Apex was a pleasure to work with and I received my new gear in a matter of days. I ordered the equipment of Sunday and was watching movies and games by Friday night! I will be using them again in the future.

I purchased my 3rd projector in 5 years from Visual Apex, and wanted to absolutely commend Visual Apex on the quality of service and AMAZING customer support! Plenty of people find time to bother people in various businesses due to lack of service and the inverse is hardly ever true. Therefore, I wanted to take the time to make sure people up the chain in Visual Apex KNOW that your people and philosophies are hard to find in this day and age of corporate bottom line!!!!! You guys are the BEST! I got my projector in 1 day from Seattle to New York and was FLOORED by your customer support teams ability to make my daughter’s birthday party go off without a hitch!!!! The website was easy to use, got all the information I needed. Purchased a screen and projector package. Shipping arrived on the day promised and it was fun to track. I had a great experience with Visualapex, will definitely use them again.

I'm pleased to say that Visual Apex was a great help to me while shopping for a projector and sound system for my media room. I ultimately ordered the Epson 8350 projector and screen package as well as a Yamaha 7.1 receiver with speakers. They offered tech support and followed up on the sale. I can't say enough good things to show my appreciation.
The equipment is installed and all I can say is "WOW". This is the best. Thanks to you all at Visual Apex.

Recently bought an Epson Home Cinema 8350 from Visual Apex. Good price and excellent sales support at time of order. Projector was delivered next day, although when I unpacked projector from Epson packaging, I found a manufactring defect. I contacted customer service at Visual Apex, they has a RMA to me within 24 hours and a replacement projector delivered within 48 hours. Great after sale customer service. Highly recommend Visual Apex.

I recently purchased the Mitsubishi HC4000 projector. Visual Apex was quick to ship and the projector arrived in perfect condition. After receiving the projector, Alice from Visual Apex sent me a personal email making sure that the projector arrived safely and asked if I had any questions about the product. I really appreciated this different approach. I responded to her to thank her for reaching out and a few days later, she called. I was glad to learn that Alice was real and not just a company's way of trying to personalize the company. So not only was visual apex the best price that I saw on this projector but also has one of the best customer support departments for an online company.

Ordered a Mitsubishi Projector. Item came very quickly and was in excellent condition despite not being double boxed. Over the next couple of weeks, Visual Apex conducted some e-mail follow up to ensure my satisfaction with the product and their service. I haven't seen this attention to service from any other company. I highly recommend them over any big box warehouse store regardless of price. The value of service is so very underrated. I purchased an Epson 8700UB projector from Visual Apex in September 2011. The whole experience was great. They had the lowest price I could find, and when I placed the order, the projector was shipped out the same day. They even called after I received it to make sure everything was okay and offered support if I needed it. I think that's pretty much everything you could ask for.

Bought a EPSON 8700UB with the fix 106''screen package. Excellent quality et good image. delivered on time. Easy to assemble, using the video provided on site. Best price found for the full package on web sites that I searched.Would recommend again. good attention to customer, as they call,send email to check your satisfaction.
