I purchased an Epson 8350 from Visual Apex and could not be happier. Great price plus free shipping was what sold me, but I also got great service. They even followed up on this purchase, which was a surprise to me. They asked me if there were any concerns or questions on setting it up, which in my case was really easy. Will definitely go back when I need any of the products they sell. Wish I could have bought one of their screens but the size I needed was a custom one.

We purchased an Epson Powerlite 1750...it has performed to all reviews that we read. Product was used out of the box, little learning curve..follow up has been great...would reccomend Visual Apex for your next "Visual" purchase.

If you want a great product at a low price with excellent customer service, Visual Apex is a no brainer. This company hasn't outgrown it's roots and still knows how to treat a client. Thanks so much to Alice as she really made my experience with them exceptional!

I ordered an Epson projector from Visual Apex and it was an easy process from initial order, receiving the shipment on exactly when it was promised and in perfect condition. The price was better than any other merchant I researched and the customer service was very good. I would order again from Visual Apex.

While I'd done a ton of research on actual projectors, when I finally took the plunge to buy I started to do research on merchants. What I found most of the people I talked to was that Visual Apex was a very good choice. After purchasing my Epson 8700UB projector I was very happy I did so with Visual Apex. First it was $200 cheaper than any other place I could find and I was anxious to get my projector fast so I chose and paid for 1 day shipping. I then got an e-mail from a rep in order management named April. She informed me that because I lived close to one of their warehouses, I actually only needed ground shipping to get my item the next day and was re-funded the 1 day shipping costs! They didn't need to do that, I would have never known and they could have pocketed the profit, but they didn't. Also, this IS NOT one of those places where you purchase something at a discount and they hold your order trying to sell you a bunch of add on crap either. I ordered my Epson 8700UB projector, $200 cheaper than anywhere else, and had it in my hands about 18 hours later!! Do not hesitate to purchase from Visual Apex, they are first class all the way!

I had a great experience with Visual Apex, Inc. I purchased a 120" projection screen from there. They gave excellent customer service. I had my screen shipped to my installer and they took extra security precautions prior to charging my card and shipping to an alternate address not associated with my credit card. I received my screen at the anticipated date and everything necessary to install was in the package. I was able to easily track my purchase. It was the perfect experience.

Visual Apex processed my order for the EPSON Powerlite Home Cinema 8700 UB projector and DA-Lite
Cinema Contour screen exactly as they promised.
Both arrived on time and in perfect condition. I
did have to order the extra bulb they promised, but
it did arrive in about 8 weeks.
I am so pleased to have been able to put the screen
together as instructed and mount it on my wall. The
projector produces a beautiful picture with little
adjusting and careful selection of options. I
would highly recommend Visual Apex to anyone.

I am very pleased with my purchase from Visual Apex, Inc. My projector arrived ahead of the anticipated arrival date and was in perfect condition. I received a follow-up e-mail from Visual Apex asking if everything was okay with my order, which I found to be an unexpected but pleasant surprise. My Epson projector was very easy to set up and the picture quality is outstanding. Based on my experience, I would rate Visual Apex, Inc. as an excellent company with which to do business.
