I purchased an expensive projector from this company because their price was lower than Amazon.com. From the start it was a very positive experience. The website was very user friendly, and the subsequent ordering process was simple. I received my merchandise by mail earlier than expected, great considering the shipping was free on a special sale basis. I have been contacted several times to insure all went well. They also offered customer assistance, if needed. I would definitely return to this merchant for additional products and services.

I recently made my second purchase from Visual Apex. I was previously in need of a screen for a business and Visual Apex was there to help me out. It was a flawless transaction and quick ship. As a matter of fact, the screen that was sent to me with a broken mounting ear. When I called to ask for replacement, they got it to me no questions asked within 1 day. Awesome Service!!! This type of service is what lead me back to Visual Apex for my newest purchase of my Epson 8350 Projector for my home theater. This has a much better and brighter picture than my previous (DLP BENQ) projector that I bought elsewhere before I was aware of V.A. and they failed in service comparison. I talked with a V.A. salesman over the phone and he guided me through what he thought I would need to replace what I had previously, within a price range I could afford. Ordered an Epson - Home Cinema 8350 for my home theater, and it arrived flawlessly, and on schedule!! Followup by Visual Apex to ensure customer satisfaction was unique in today's world. A few months later, our church was looking for a new projector, and we purchased the BenQ - SP890 from them again. Great customer service really does still exist –and it’s online!
