Visual Apex is a great merchant. My equipment was shipped immediately and the boxes came unscratched. The prices were the best I could find anywhere and they called me after I received the equipment to ensure I did not need anything else. I called a couple of times trying to decide exactly what type of equipment I needed. They were very knowledgeable and knew the equipment, which is a rare find in today's world. I was in the market for an hd projector, and I wanted to buy the Panasonic pt-ar100u. After searching all over the internet, visual apex seemed to have the best price available. My new projector was delivered only 3 days after i placed the order. On top of that the projector was very well packaged and I received both a phone call and an e-mail after It was delivered to ensure everything was satisfactory with my purchase. I am very impressed with visual apex and will be doing business with them again soon.

Visual Apex was a very reliable source that helped our church to find the best projector that would be suitable, but also within our price range. The staff delivered excellent customer service. It was great to be able to talk to a friendly, live representative that seemed genuinely concerned about helping us get a good product without destroying our budget. Our church is very pleased with the projector that we purchased from Visual Apex and I would definitely recommend them to other customers.

I purchased an Optoma TX551 project from VisualApex.com. It was linked from this website, which worked out well since I read reviews and compared quite a few projectors before settling on this one. The order process was simple, the website was easy to navigate, the prices were good, and the customer services was great. I appreciate a company that sends you tracking info rapidly, and then sends a personalized email to make sure everything arrived satisfactorily as Visual Apex did for me.

Panasonic AR100 Projector. This projector blows my mind. The colors are fantastic, super bright yet can be controlled for a dark room. As in other reviews the contrast is a bit on the grey shade and not quite black but I adjusted as per Projector Central settings and is real good. VisualApex was great with shipping and after sales service.

I am very pleased with the Optoma HD33 projector package that I purchased. It was much easier to set up than I expected. The nice surprise for me was the follow up email asking about the delivery and set up. I wasn't expecting this sort of customer service from an online company. Great experience overall.

Every time Visual Apex offered the best price normally 10% to 20% less.
Visual Apex website is constructed very nicely and easy to navigate with product details.
Before ordering I wanted to call the sales person, with a single call and without any waiting time I could reach a sales person. This is very much appreciated.
