I purchased the Panasonic AE7000U projector package including mount, screen, dvds, etc. I was extremely impressed by the great prices, the quick delivery and the customer service.
Customer service helped me adjust the mount included with the package for a different mount and everything was handled quickly and easily.
I will do all of my home theater shopping with Visual Apex from now on.

Purchased the PT-AE7000u package with the 106" fixed frame screen from Visual Apex. This was my second projector purchased from them -- and it's a result of their great customer service and competitive prices. In particular, you can't beat their package prices that include the screens -- I was surprised as how durable the screen was, and am very pleased with how it looks in our theater. Shipping is fast, and they offer ongoing support if you need it. Very happy with the purchase, would do business with them again.

Finally decided to make a purchase of the Epson 8700UB. Visual Apex provided a very nice little package that included their 120" projector screen. There were a few bluray DVDs thrown in there too - the ones you see that run on a loop in stores. Overall, the price was excellent, shipped quickly, and packaged very well. The projector screen was easy to self-assemble and mount - very sturdy aluminum frame with velour wrapping. My family has been enjoying the cinematic experience for over a month now and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

The products arrived within a week after the order was placed and were in excellent condition (extremely well packaged).
Although some of the instructions were a litle confusing, the pictures and a little common sense made for a fast and effective installation. Any remaining issues were immediately resolved with one phone call to customer support.
The picture is excellent (the Super Bowl was almost 3D) and the projector is super quiet!
Our previous theatre system, which was installed a former home, was much more expensive, lacked many of the features and had virtually no consumer support.
I even compared the cost of this projection system, including the cost of a nice surround sound system, to that of a large LED televison; the projection system was a much better deal
The projector, w/102" screen and the sound system (previously purchased elsewehere) cost under $1500. Try to find a 'decent' 70" televsion not counting the mounting bracket and HDMI cable) for anywhere near that price.....you simply cannot do it!!
We spent a lot of time researching the product and Visual Apex, which truely made the decision to buy from them a 'no brainer'.
If you want a quality system, at a remarkable price, with great customer service....look no further than Visual Apex.

Purchased an Epson Home-Cinema 8100 Refurb a month ago and I couldn't be happier. Hard to compare initially with my 720p Samsung (tough to A/B a pair of projectors)......seemed to be a very similar picture and I was wondering if I just threw $750 away chasing numbers. Now a month, several movies and a Super Bowl later, I am thoroughly impressed with the improved picture quality of my Epson (and that's no knock on the Samsung). The colors....blacks....resolution....it all just pops off my screen. I can' wait leave the comfort of my living room to go downstairs and view whatever on this projector.
As far as Visual Apex....they are a TOP NOTCH on-line e-tailer. Both of my pj's were purchased from them and they have been seamless transactions. Easy ordering.....quick shipping..... & a well packaged and protected arrival of my precious projectors. They have also followed up to make sure I am happy with my purchase. What more can u ask? The Samsung gave me 917 hours of viewing pleasure over the last 5 years. I expect more of the same with this Epson.
When it's time to upgrade my home theater to the next-big-thing my search starts at VISUAL APEX - and so should yours.... My humble 2 cents.

I purchased a refurbished projector with a package that included a screen, mount, 35 ft. HDMI, and some other Blu-ray discs. Everything has been great to this point, and their customer service has been responsive as well. The screen took some work to assemble (stretching the fabric), but I have been very pleased with the quality. Overall, a very good purchase!

excellent service and shipping. i bought a package with screen, pj, mount, cabling. accessories were better quality than expected and screen was much better than expected. online video for assembly very helpful. highly recommended.
