Bought a Projector screen setup from Visual Apex last month. Couldn't be happier with the level of customer service I received. Being new to the projector market I didn't know a few technical things about screen grain and installation. The Technical Support at Visual Apex was top notch and made my projector and screen selection a breeze. After my order was placed I got tracking information and my order arrived well packed. Installation was very easy thanks to the helpful tutorial videos on visual Apex's site. I was also e-mailed by Visual Apex to make sure everything went well. Visual Apex is a top notch vendor.

Great company to order from! Great prices! I got my BenQ W1070 for $300 cheaper than other projector sites! Plus a free HDMI cable and dust cover! Best deal I could find and an easy to browse website. I will defenitly tell others to shop here!

Visual Apex is an excellent merchant when it comes to selling front projectors, screens, etc. When purchasing these types of items online a reputable retailer is a must. They sent my new A/V equipment promptly and everything was received in excellent and working condition. I chose Visual Apex because of previous good experiences before with purchasing A/V merchandise from them. This experience did not change my opinion, I will continue to purchase from Visual Apex in the future. I feel very confident that if I have any issues (current or future orders) that I will be taken care of in a prompt manner. Visual Apex contains the human factor so lacking in the large corporate arenas.

My experience with Visual Apex was more than I could have ever expected. When I called with questions, I spoke to a knowledgeable human. Shipping was very prompt and free. They included several items (ceiling mount, cable cover, calibration disc) that were not mentioned at the time of the sale. They called so see if I had any questions once the projector was received. I have no financial or family relationship with Visual Apex, just happened to find them doing a Google search online. I would highly recommend this company.

Ordered a Epson 5010 projector from Visual Apex after reading reviews of projectors. I usually order most items from Amazon, however Visual Apex's pricing beat anything Amazon offered.I had a very nice experience with them. Order was promptly filled and arrived in a timely manner. They followed up with me to make sure that I was satisfied with my order and if there were any problems. I will deffinetly use them in the future.

Prior to the superbowl we had a bulb burn out in our prior HD theater projector. We had a decision point of replacing bulb or buying new projector. After researching we found the Epson 3020 3D 1080p with a great price at Visual Apex. It was delivered fast and had excellent customer service even *after* the purchase to see if I was happy.
I'm thrilled with both Visual Apex and the Epson 3020. We did watch the superbowl on it and also multiple 3D movies. BTW, active 3D at 1080p on a +90" screen is way better than the theater. Thank goodness I went with Visual Apex because my prior ceiling mount didn't fit the new projector but VA automatically provided a mount in my shipment for free!
