I had an overall very good experience with VisualApex and I will certainly check them out next time I am buying a projector. prices are mostly competitive: one item they offered me I bought from Amazon on a very good deal but other than that they were either almost the only vendors selling what I wanted or had a good enough price for other items.

Very good shopping experience with Visual Apex. Fast shipping, great customer support. They follow-up on their sale to make sure the equipment arrived in good shape and ask if there's any questions or concerns on setting up the equipment. I would highly recommend purchasing from them.

I bought the Epson- Home-Cinema-710HD,the equipment arrived in excellent conditions, the experience with shipping and delivery was excellent and the offer was Excellent, excellent, the cost in PR is $600.00 + 7.0% Tax, I had the economy of $100.00 dollars, is good.
I recommend Visual Apex all people, the service is Extremely Excellent.

They offer low prices on quality products while providing good customer service response and courtesy emails/calls about your purchased product. My wife and I are still celebrating our new projector. We received a free hdmi cable and visual calibration DVD. The product description and benefits described match our experience. Great, prompt, courteous service. I bought a reconditioned Epson 8500 projector on good recommendation from members of the AVS Forum site, who all spoke highly of Visual Apex's site and service. The projector arrived quickly and was exactly as described. Fantastic picture, works like new - I am very happy. Great service before and after the sale, with helpful knowledgeable advice to help me choose the projector, and then a followup call to check all was good (which it was). I decided to purchase an Epson 5020UB from VisualApex and I am glad I did. Ordering and shipping was fast and easy.

I had been looking at a refurbished Epson 8500UB projector on the Epson website, but before I had placed my order, they raised their price by $100. So, I looked for other sellers and found Visual Apex. Their price was lower and they also had free shipping, so I placed my order. The order was shipped quickly and arrived undamaged. They also included a free 25' HDMI cable and a calibration disk, which I wasn't expecting, so I was pleasantly surprised with that. And they contacted me after the sale to see if I had any questions regarding my projector. I have been very pleased with my purchase from Visual Apex and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends.

I purchased an Optoma TX551 project from VisualApex.com. It was linked from this website, which worked out well since I read reviews and compared quite a few projectors before settling on this one. The order process was simple, the website was easy to navigate, the prices were good, and the customer services was great. I appreciate a company that sends you tracking info rapidly, and then sends a personalized email to make sure everything arrived satisfactorily as Visual Apex did for me.
